Refund policy

At Grandeur, every pair is handcrafted with care by Filipino artisans. To maintain fairness and quality assurance, we have the following policy:

    1.    No Return / No Refund for Wrong Sizes Ordered

    •    Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

    •    Grandeur is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.

    •    Orders with wrong sizes chosen are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    2.    Return & Exchange for Damaged Items Only

    •    Exchanges are only accepted if the item delivered is damaged or defective.

    •    The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

    •    Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us with proof (photo or video).

    3.    Custom & Made-to-Order Items

    •    All custom and made-to-order shoes are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except for damage upon delivery.
